Tamarran Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for transactions and subscriptions made through the Tamarran platform. This includes the Tamarran mobile application, website, and any branded applications developed by Tamarran for its partners.

By using Tamarran’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Please note that your contract is with the relevant Tamarran entity based on your location:

  • In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), services are provided by Tamarran Information Technology, located at Building 3998, Road Anas Bin Malek Street, Al Yasmeen First, Riyadh, PO Box 13326.
  • In the Kingdom of Bahrain, services are provided by Tamarran Sports Online Services W.L.L., located at Office 505, 60 Offices Tower, Building 1848, Road 5133, Block 351, Al Suwaifiya.
  1. Definitions
  • “Tamarran,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Refers to the relevant Tamarran company as specified above.
  • “End-User,” “you,” “your”: Refers to an individual who uses the Tamarran platform to book and pay for services, classes, sessions, or packages.
  • “Service Provider,” “Partner”: Refers to the gyms, studios, academies, and other venues that list their services and use the Tamarran SaaS management software.
  • “Service”: Any bookable activity, including but not limited to, gym sessions, fitness classes, sports courts, and event bookings, offered by a Service Provider.
  • “Subscription”: The monthly or annual fee paid by a Service Provider to use Tamarran’s SaaS management software.
  1. Refunds for End-Users (Service Bookings)

3.1. General Principle
Tamarran acts as a facilitator for transactions between End-Users and Service Providers. When you book and pay for a service (e.g., a class, session, or package) through the Tamarran platform, the contract for the provision of that service is directly between you and the Service Provider.

3.2. Refund Eligibility & Process
All requests for cancellations and refunds for service bookings are subject to the individual refund policy of the Service Provider from whom you made the booking.

  • How to Request a Refund: If you wish to cancel a booking and request a refund, you must contact the Service Provider directly using the contact information provided on their Tamarran listing or in your booking confirmation email.
  • Tamarran’s Role: Tamarran is not responsible for setting or enforcing the Service Provider’s refund policy. We will process the refund transaction as instructed by the Service Provider once they have approved your request according to their policy. The timeline for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution.

3.3. No Liability
Tamarran shall not be liable for any disputes regarding the quality of service, cancellations, or refunds between the End-User and the Service Provider. We encourage both parties to resolve any issues directly.

  1. Refunds for Service Providers (SaaS Subscriptions)

4.1. Subscription Termination & Refund Eligibility
If a Service Provider chooses to terminate their subscription contract with Tamarran before the end of their billing cycle (monthly or annual), they may be eligible for a partial refund of the prepaid subscription fee.

  • Refund Calculation: Any refund will be calculated on the remaining unused period of the subscription, from the date of termination.
  • Administrative Fee: All eligible refunds are subject to a 50% administrative fee. This fee covers the cost of account setup, processing, and platform administration.

4.2. Refund Calculation Example

  • A Service Provider pays an annual subscription fee of $1,200.
  • They terminate their contract after 6 months (50% of the year used).
  • The remaining unused period is 6 months, with a value of $600.
  • The 50% administrative fee is $300 (50% of the $600 unused value).
  • The final refund amount issued to the Service Provider would be $300.

4.3. Process for Termination & Refund Request
Service Providers must formally request contract termination and a refund by contacting their Tamarran account manager or sending an email to info@tamarran.com. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of approval.

  • Changes to Policy: Tamarran reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our platform. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
